Place the dried German Chamomile into the clean cheese cloth and make a pouch by tying all the ends together with the cotton thread. Infuse the German Chamomile in the hot water while waiting for the desired or tolerable temperature. Hot water enables the essential oils of the German Chamomile to come out, thus making the hot sitz bath more soothing. German chamomile can also be taken as a herbal tea because it has a relaxing effect to the body.
