Hemorrhoids are vascular structures found in the anal canal. This vascular structure is present among individuals and it helps in controlling bowel movement. •Wash the affected area with chamomile tea
•Application of olive oil on the rash
•A mixture of vitamin E and cod liver oil applied on the affected area
•A concoction of ground basil leaves, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper smeared on the rash.
•Oatmeal bath made by pouring 1 cup of raw oatmeal into the bath.
•Mashed almond leaves
•Regular taking of vitamin C is proven to speed up the healing of rashes and cuts in the body. It also prevents future allergic reactions and cell ruptures in the body.
•Detoxification of the liver using milk thistle, turmeric and dandelion.

Hemorrhoids are common problems which can be experienced by any person at any point in his life. Since the condition is typical, it can also be cured by using different techniques although it would depend on its severity. When haemorrhoids are already severe, a surgical procedure may be required. Some of the natural treatments which can be used in soothing haemorrhoids include the following:
•Do breathing and relaxation techniques in order to make bowel movement an easier process. Try to relax when defecating. It is also important to release the bowel when urge occurs.
•Employ exercises such as Qidong to strengthen the pelvis and muscles in the buttocks area.
•Do away with using rough toilet papers.
•Use mild soap in cleaning the anal area and wash it thoroughly every after bowel movement.
•Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to soften stool.
•Improve your diet by eating foods that are high in fiber such as whole grain, leafy vegetables and fruits.
•Exercise regularly.
