•Touch the tip of your tongue on your palate then close your eyes and mouth. When you notice your saliva flowing in your mouth, inhale through your nose then elevate your perineum. While doing it, clench your fist and grit your teeth. Your toes should also be flexed forward and downward with force. Hold your breath for 3-5 seconds then take your tongue away from your palate. Slowly exhale through the nose then relax your body. Do the exercise for 10 minutes three times a day.
2. Strolling form.
•Walk leisurely. Close your mouth while touching your palate with your tongue and your teeth slightly gritted. Free your mind from thoughts.
•Drop your hands lightly on the sides while forming a soft fist. Flex your toes like gripping the ground then walk gently while elevating the perineum.
3. Standing form.
•Place your feet apart. Make it parallel with your shoulder’s width. Bend the knees lightly while gripping the ground with your toes. Relax your hips and waist. Keep your torso up like you are squatting.
•Tuck your chin on your chest. Relax your chest while forming a hollow fist.
•Close your mouth and gargle the saliva five times. Touch your palate with your tongue until your mouth is filled with saliva. Swallow the saliva and place the tip of tongue on your palate again. Inhale through the nose after. Lift your perineum gently then exhale slowly to relax.
•Repeat the exercise for 20 minutes for twice a day. This will help heal your hemorrhoids the natural way.
